“A lot of shelter dogs are mutts like me.”
― Barack Obama
There is good in every dog and every dog deserves a good home. I take pleasure in donating my time and expertise to charitable organizations by using my photography to help animal shelters find loving forever homes for their animals. Here in Toronto, our animal shelters are filled with cats and dogs looking for that one special person to go home with and these loving animals will bring more joy into your life then you know. I love this quote from Josh Grogan, the author of Marley & Me…
“A person can learn a lot from a dog, even a loopy one like ours. Marley taught me about living each day with unbridled exuberance and joy, about seizing the moment and following your heart. He taught me to appreciate the simple things-a walk in the woods, a fresh snowfall, a nap in a shaft of winter sunlight. And as he grew old and achy, he taught me about optimism in the face of adversity. Mostly, he taught me about friendship and selflessness and, above all else, unwavering loyalty.”
I’ve had the pleasure of working with the fine folks at Toronto Animal Services – East and West Region photographing their cats and dogs. If you’re a shelter or rescue organization or know of one who needs photos taken of their animals so that it may increase their chances of adoption, please send me an email
. I’m always happy to help out.
